Objective:Product of a new line of product among the Dealers, Stockists and Media
- The launch was to be done across 10 cities in India within a short span of time
- A major challenge was to follow the same SOP across every city keeping communication collateral’s intact and following a uniform pattern of execution across all key locations.
- The launch was essentially divided into three specific segments, the press launch, dealers meet and finally stockist meet, all of which had to be tied to main product over course of time. Each aspect had to be considered including key customer, brand imagery and product reveal
- As the product was huge in dimension, a comprehensive 3D mock-up was created which was well received
- We had to plan the event in such a way that there is uniformity on execution and messaging across all the three segments.
- The execution and design concept were built around keeping time and workmanship for execution and the application part of it
- The design mock was enthralling and lived up to client expectations and the event was a spectacular success andgarnered a massive coverage in the media
- It was well appreciated, and the same SOP was followed across 20 similar cities which was well received by the Target Audience.
